NEON -2021


“Neon” Is a photographic series that embraces the nostalgic feel of neon lights that once dominated the night landscape but, are slowly being replaced by LEDs. This project was an endeavor to capture the remains neon lights that grace north and central Florida. I chose to capture the bright signs with a less saturated background. This brings the to life and gives them them the prominent place they deserve. My photograph "Pig " exemplifies the Beaty of the disappearing Neo, as this sign has been replaced, lost to to time. Fortunately, other signs from the collection , like "Books "( https://flic.kr/p/2k7oeFH )are still around for the time being.
